First game for Flying Foxes successful

Flying Foxes entered to the new CEWL season with victory. Austrian team beat in Vienna Czech SBS Ostrava 70:51 thanks the performance in the second half. After first 20 minutes was the score 32:32. There were many turnovers on both sides (Flying Foxes 23, Ostrava 22), but Flying Foxes booked 21 steals. Home player Chastity Reed was very close to the tripple-double. She completed 12 points, 10 assists and 9 rebounds. Another center Vera Perostiyska added 19 points and 15 rebounds. Also Ostrava had player, who booked double-double – Veeshaundra Young 18 points and 12 rebounds.
