Valosun decided in the last quarter

Valosun KP Brno was favourite of the game against SBS Ostrava and confirmed it especially in the last quarter, which won 22:7. Valosun missed in the game two key players – national team point guard Katerina Sedlakova and center Lenka Sipova. All other players could substitute them very well and gain the third victory for Valosun in the current CEWL season. Ostrava was limited by turnovers (24, Valosun only 13), but any young players showed really good performance – for example Tereza Sedlackova (16 points) or the new player in Ostrava's squad Latinka Dusanic.

Arad still on the victory wave

It was the game of teams from the different sides Standings table of Group B. ICIM Arad was still without defeat and Flying Foxes still waited for the first win before the game. And the Austrian club has to wait farther. Already the first quarter showed the differences between both teams. Arad won 21:7. Though the other quarters were balanced, home team gain victory without big problems. Katherine Plouffe completed double-double (15 points and 11 rebounds). The best scorer in the Flying Foxes team was Jana Lichnerova with 22 points, but she needed 31 shots from the field for it.
